• Perform all Facilities officer’s duties for 6 months in Hanoi office (grant access card or provide temporary card to office/building for all visitors or HCMC staff, check and co-operate with HCMC site/vendors to fix incidents or assets to maintain a good working environment). • Major duties: Admin jobs - Presenting as Travel coordinator: Be responsible on business trips for ANZ Hanoi staffs/customers who would like to travel in domestic/international with logistic jobs (airfare, accommodation, inbound/outbound visas, residence card, airport transfer…). Manage and control the financial issues for saving cost. Doing reconciliation monthly and follow up the payment transfer to vendor at the month end. Sending travel report (perdiem, expense claim…) to HR/Finance monthly. • Office bank car management – arrange all the bookings/requests from BU depts, get quotation then arrange to hire a separated car for on-demand service from vendor. Manage all issues related to these pool cars. Taxi management: Taxi Cards - new/replace/cancel/loss, reconciliation for VAT invoice at the month end, collecting approvals for payment later. • Perform fully Receptionist/Operator’s duties such as handle phone - operator, customer service, welcome & guide the bank’s client to BU, manage incoming/outgoing mailing via courier as DHL, NP, internal messenger. In charge off all request for storage documents to Crown store, stationery order, drinking water, daily flower, meeting room … which would help to expand more skills for admin jobs or further challenges in other positions like admin officer or secretary/assistant also help to improve communication skills in serving customer.
