Throughout my university years at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, I have actively participated in extracurricular activities that have helped me develop both personally and professionally. One of my most meaningful experiences has been serving as the Head of the Arts & Sports Department of the Faculty of Foreign Languages' Youth Union. In this leadership role, I was responsible for planning and organizing artistic performances, sports activities, and major faculty events. I led the preparation and execution of large-scale programs such as Áng Xanh, Assembly, and Vui Hội Xuân 2026, coordinating team members, managing event schedules, and ensuring every activity was delivered successfully. These experiences strengthened my leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills while teaching me how to work effectively under pressure. Alongside my leadership responsibilities, I also served as a Content Lead and Stage Director for the HUST Student Union. I conceptualized event themes, scripted performances, coordinated rehearsals, and collaborated with multiple departments to deliver engaging and well-organized university events. Working with diverse teams enhanced my adaptability and reinforced the importance of teamwork and attention to detail. Beyond my university activities, I gained valuable professional experience as a Barista at Starbucks Vietnam, where I learned to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role improved my ability to communicate with customers, handle challenging situations calmly, and create positive experiences through personalized service. In addition, I worked as a YouTube Video Editor at Sky Media, producing over 150 videos while collaborating with creative teams to manage projects and meet strict deadlines. This experience strengthened my creativity, time management, and ability to balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Looking back on my university journey, these academic, leadership, and professional experiences have shaped me into a responsible, adaptable, and service-oriented individual. They have also strengthened my confidence in communicating with people from diverse backgrounds and reinforced my passion for creating meaningful experiences for others.
