From my first job, I started making cakes for a small bakery, I started my journey into the culinary world at many world corborations in VIET NAM Intercontinental, JW Marriott, fussion, Rose Wood, Khos, New World, Hoiana, Lady Hill resort, where I develop skills and knowledge of culinary culture, as well as environmental awareness and sustainabledevelopment.
