I’ve previously had experience working as a Front Office Trainee at Sandals Grande Antigua Resort & Spa, a 5-star all-inclusive luxury resort, part of one of the most important chains ``Sandals``in the entire Caribbean Sea with resorts in countries such as Jamaica, Bahamas, Barbados and more. During my time at Sandals, I got to work in the Front Office Department as well as in the Concierge department of the hotel. During my time there I got to: Deliver top quality guest service, Handle reservations for guests for places inside and outside the resort, Check-in's and check out’s, Handling calls at any point during the day for both guests and staff, Organizing transportation around the island while also recommending local spots for the guests, Decorating the guest's room in case of special ocassions Working as a translator, Taking care of the lounge, Solving guest problems under pressure
