To ensure the cleanliness of public areas, is maintained and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by our hotel. To supervise Public Area Attendants and surrounding service areas, keeping the standard of public area. To control chemical consumption, arrange PA storage and do month end report. To training for all public attendant all sequence, job task, tool, chemical and method cleaning to make sure staffs have sufficient perform their duties. To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues, and all other departments. To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel's policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety. To manage and report all defect list and send to engineer to fix in time line To prepare duty rosters of Public Area Attendants. To report and record items found in public areas to Housekeeping Lost/Found directly. To be aware of the hotels fire and emergency procedures and be totally aware of their required duties in the event of a fire or emergency. To handle equipment with care Make sure all PA staffs using and handle chemicals with care and always use gloves when applying chemicals To manage work task like sweep, mop, polish or vacuum floors as appropriate. To manage vacuum carpet, spot shampoo to remove stains. To ensure cleaning equipment are in order and stored appropriately. To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel's policy relating to Fire & emergency, hygiene, health and safety. To be ready and responsible when assigned, to perform any other duties as required from time to time by the Management of the hotel. Responsible for smooth operation of the floor assigned Supervise Room Attendants Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members. Checks the occupied and departure rooms, giving special attention to guest needs Routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards.
