• Head the company’s event portfolio in Vietnam – exhibitions, B2B conferences, roadshows and gala dinners – setting direction, positioning and yearly growth plans, and expanding into new cities and event formats. • Accountable for event profitability end to end: budgets, pricing, exhibitor and sponsor packages and partnership income; lead negotiations with brand principals and partners and steer the sales pipeline. • Shape conference programmes with industry associations and specialists, selecting themes and speakers that draw decision-makers and give exhibitors and sponsors a clear return. • Build visitor and buyer turnout with the marketing team through digital, PR and dealer/partner invitation campaigns, keeping client branding consistent at every touchpoint. • Run on-site delivery – venue, stand build, AV, permits, logistics and guest management – coordinating in-house teams and suppliers to deliver on schedule, within budget and to strict safety standards. • Act as the senior client-facing lead with brand principals, government bodies, sponsors and exhibitors, building relationships that bring repeat business; coach a multi-disciplinary team against clear KPIs. • Achievements: delivered 13 BYD roadshows across Vietnam, the SHDI exhibition and conference, the Vietnam Auto Exhibition in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, and B2B events for Alibaba.
