• Ensure company's policies, procedures and standards are complied with.
• Ensure that Front Office procedures and training are adhered to and kept up to date.
• To ensure that staff training is provided on a regular basis and implemented as:
- Structured and relevant to employee needs.
- Effectively planned, co-ordinated and recorded.
• Facilitate quality assurance initiatives to ensure guest and employee satisfaction
• Organize manpower in line with budget parameters and business demands.
• Ensure all team members in all areas are supported, supervised and assisted where required
• Record any incidents, accidents or other operational problems are recorded and reported to the Property Manager. Ensure follow up action is taken to rectify the same.
• To ensure accurate reports and feedback is provided to support the management office
• Manage and be responsible for the apartment key system and cash float at reception desk.
• Manage the entry and exit of tenants, visitors and private staff in line with company and government regulations, including proper registration procedures.
• Assist guests with any enquiries or requests as necessary, reporting any special or irregular request to the Management Office.
• Handle any guest complaints in a professional and efficient manner, escalating to the property manager in case of any difficulties.
• Work with Maintenance Department to ensure smooth flow of repair works, including preparation and follow-up of Maintenance Request Forms.
• Overall responsibility for company's vehicle fleet, ensuring regular maintenance and documentations is kept up to date.
• To conduct apartment check in and check out procedures, taking careful note of inventory and power consumption, following up on any missing items.
• Source and suggest suppliers offering the best quality and price for company as required.
• To attend meetings as required and to liaise with other supervisor and management on operational issues.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews as per company standards and offer remedial training to address any performance failures.
• Regular review and updating of operational and training manuals and job descriptions.
• To ensure the staff are presented in a neat, clean and tidy state of grooming
• To maintain safety and security measures in compliance with legislation and company policies.
