MUONG THANH SAIGON CENTRE HOTEL (7/2015 - 9/2016) Add: 8-8A Mac Dinh Chi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCM City Front Office Manager • Communicate and report directly to General Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations. • Coordinate with Human Resources in recruiting and selection of Front Office employees. • Establish training requirements for Front Office Department. • Train and motivate all Front Office staff to implement standard policies and procedures. • Interface with all departments to ensure smooth operations of the hotel. • Perform all task assigned by Hotel Management.
