- Process reservations by email, telephone, or central reservation systems from the sales office, online travel agents, travel agents and prepare letters of confirmation.
- Know the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans as well as the credit policy of the hotel and how to code each reservation.
- Create and maintains reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing.
- Handle daily correspondence. Communicate all reservation information to the front desk.
- Respond to guests’ inquiries, special request.
- Make reservation reports and report to General Manager.
