I graduated at Danang College of foreigner language where I am majoring in English. For the past 1,5 years, I worked as a Resort Host at Premier Village Danang resort. That position included contacting guests before check-in and upon check-out, especially during their stay, planning and arranging guests’ activities or resolving special requirements of guests on the vacation and responsibility guests’s satisfaction for their memorable holiday. I have been learned & trained a lot from my job, it requires an enthusiasm, patient, careful, fluently communication, good writing skill, experience working on a team & individual, dealing with situations calmly and completing assignments on time. Besides, I usually support my colleagues as a receptionist and an operator, usually pick up & make quick responds to the phone calls or received emails, confirm bookings, record information exactly to make a reservation or provide resort’s information to customers. I am proud of myself having many positive reviews on Trip Advisor from my guests and be recognized as an excellent staff on the first 6 months working at the resort by the Owner.
