- Key Achievement: - With 270 Keys including the shared service with Rosewood Hotels and Casino integration Project - On behalf Head Department to prepare the Service flow of Department - To coordinate with FOM to configure Opera System for Housekeeping - Determinate the flow service for Department as Guest Room, Public Area, Flower, Laundry and outsource cleaning - Daily meeting with Director of Residences to update the planning for Pre-Opening and follow up the Journey of Property - To prepare the Standard Operation Procedure & Job Description of department - To coordinate with Finance Manager to consolidate of the property as FF&E & OS&E and report to Director of Residences and Owner - To coordinate with Procurement Team to identify the good vendor for preparing the Buy Out List and ordering as cleaning tool, equipment, OS&E - To prepare the room mockup and determine the room standard set up as Studio Room, Residences 1 Bedroom, Residences 2 Bedroom, Residences 3 Bedroom - To coordinate with Facility Team to site inspect & punch the defect list and sent out to Project Team to rectify and follow up the timeline for cleaning planning to prepare for simulation and soft opening & Grand Opening - Determine Housekeeping Office & Workstation for Department - Determine the Storage for Daily Service as Guest room, Public Area, cleaning line room …etc. and Racking ordering & installation - To review the room units and count the manning required for Director of Residences to plan for hiring kick of - To coordinate with HR team to action for hiring planning and training manual schedule for new Teammate to on board - Determine the duty roster coverage and coordinate with Workforce Team to make flow for operation
