* CURRENTLY Fusion suites Da Nang beach (executive chef) - Woking as executive chef responsible for all the food and kitchen kitchen staff, * The Hide Meatery(Jumeirah) 2016 best new restaurant Dubai (2015-2017) - Working as jnr sous chef, helping with staff management, ordering and cooking on the line. We do weekly brunches - On Fridays and Saturdays, also responsible for stock rotation and making sure the quality of the produce is up to standard * China Grill restaurant (Westin Dubai) (2014-2015) - Working as a cdp in charge of hot section, responsible for all main course and side dishes going to the dinning room. - Was also part of the opening team of China Grill and took part in the menu planning and creating of dishes
