With nearly 2 years experience in reception position, i have learned basic knowledge in hospitality generally and in hotel particurlaly.
I was worked in 3.5-star profesional enviroment and very well trained. Although each place i worked before only a short time, I found it as my career, so i am ready to improve myself to put my feet on the peak.

- Introduce and provide all facilities in guests’ rooms.
- Work and assist waitress in restaurant from 6h30 – 10h to support and take care of guest while eating.
- Ask the guests some information such as the comfortableness of room, food ,…
- Co-operation with housekeepers to check arrival rooms before the guest arrive.
- Review the arrival list daily and assist in preparing and distributing welcome the guests.
- Answer and response guests’ email .
- Do some tasks under sale manager control.

with nearly 2 years experience, i hope my salary is 6-8 milions monthly .
