I am very interested in obtaining a Food & Beverage Team Leader position. I have a strong hospitality background and possess a number of skills and experiences which uniquely qualify me for this job. After 6-months of completing my on the job training in Vietnam and finishing my degree on Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management last 2015 I was offered by big resort companies in Phu Quoc Island to come and work with them. I started working as waiter on my first job on The Shells Resort & Spa Phu Quoc, after 6 months of hard work I got promoted to Captainship. As of the moment I am working at Fusion Resort Phu Quoc as Outlet Manager of the Food & Beverage department; I was grateful to have been promoted by this position but I feel that I needed to learn more. Food service industry is exhilarating for me. Serving, anticipating customer’s wants and needs, being able to give them a memorable dining experience makes me happy. I enjoy working as a team; learning to adjust to different backgrounds and sharing mine as well. I am grateful to have reached this far in my career but I believe shifting my career path to a whole new environment especially to a much more challenging and high standard ones would help me level up my skills.
