Receiving staff at Wyndham Garden Hanoi Hotel • Check shipment by comparing it with Daily Order Sheet and invoice to insure that what we are receiving is what was ordered (quantity, price, quality state, size, count, weight tolerance and acceptable expiration date). • Fulfill requisitions and deliver to appropriate outlets • When needed, assist with: purchasing materials for the hotel, managing levels of supplies, working with approved vendors to purchase needed materials, establishing levels of supplies need by hotel. • Ability to maintain a pleasant disposition and function efficiently in high stress/pressure work environment. Solid interpersonal skills and positive attitude is a must. • Knowledge of Food & Beverage products. • Ability to read, interpret and understand product invoices and receiving documentation and comparing these documents to property generated purchase orders. • Ability to communicate well with delivery drivers and other departmental team members on a regular basis. • Ability to work well independently and with minimal supervision.
