- Build sales & marketing strategy to promote the resort brand.
- Develop HR planning for each period in accordance with the business situation of the resort. Recruiting, arranging promotions for staff members. Develop a job description for each HR position in the resort operation system.
- Develop a training plan, check and control the training of the resort.
