I am an experienced on FOM fiels started first bellboy, then receptionist and Night Auditor and fially worked as Asst. FOM who is very interested applying for this role. I have had previous experience in working as a receptionist supporting 5 Stars hotel and 4 stars hotels in reception areas and I feel that I have gained some similar experience to what you are looking for in this role. I feel that I have excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner and an ability to deal with guests and customer well. Plus you will find more from me that I'm also trained, Hotel Night Auditor, Night Receptionist, Front Cashier and Tour Sales (Long years Travel Agency sales experience and Travel Agency Management, Travel Desk advisor If need I am organised and through, I understand the duties that will be required in this role and feel that I could perform these well. I have fluent speaking English Lang, besides On job standards using French and beginner level basic Germany Languages with me. I am very efficent and presentable. I like to learn new skills and and happy to do whatever training I need to in order to ensure that I am the most effective in my work.
