Position : Cook and event Assistant Key responsibilities: - Plan and prepare the menu onboard the vessel for party, event, anniversaries and special meals; - Order / receive, inspect, check quantities, stow and protect food supplies; - Ensure a high level of food safety and sanitation throughout the services areas, specifically the galley area, refrigerators and freezers and the food storage areas, as well as the dining room; - Set up and decorate; - Other administrative duties as required by Chef or Manager.
