1. Sheraton Hai Phong. From December, 2022 to Present. This is a conversion hotel from Vinpearl to Sheraton, As Chief Engineer, I report directly to Hotel General Manager, Cluster Director of Engineering and I co-operation with Owner engineering team. I reoganization Engineering department and I have spent time for training to improve my engineers. I management daily operation, guest room and engineering system preventive maintenance. I am responsibility for Maintenance and Upkeep score on Marriott guestvoice website: marriott.medallia.com, to have a high score as goal my team must to do well for guestroom properly preventive maintenance, good follow for operation and maintenance engineering system, when hotel have a complain my engineer have to quick to problem solving. This is one of important indexes of Engineering balance score card. I am responsibility for maintenance program must to follow Marriott transcendent platform. I use Marriott MESH platform to management energy and waste, I must to follow to ensure MESH Compliance Pass. I'm leading Sustainability program as hotel must to follow Marriott Sustainability program. I have made capex for 2023, 2024 and co-operation with Owner engineering team to perform. I have worked with FC to make budget for 2023, 2024. I’m responsibility for environment to report to Environment Department and working with them if have any audit. With Lost and Prevention Department I’m responsibility for fire life and safety, I and L&P management working with Fire and Rescue Police for any audit or request from them

As Chief Engineer, I must to follow energy consumption to reduce cost at least 5% when compared with last year. I setup annual budget and capex. Do properly preventive maintenance plan for guest room, engineering system as chiller, AHUs, FCUs, heatpump, generator, transformer, ATS, laundry room, pump room, fire pump room, fire alarm, sewage treatment plant, RO water filter, swimming pool, gym and spa. I’m in charge environment job as make sure quality of waste water as government standard, hazardous waste, environment monitoring, annual make environment report to submit to environment department. I’m also in charge fire life and safety, make sure fire alarm and fire fighting system in good condition. Do checking, testing as daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual. Follow operation, maintenance, repairs. Follow request from head office such as engineering report, operation report, fire life and safety audit, waste management, green grow 2050. Monitor Key Performance Indicators for the Engineering Department.

As Chief Engineer, I’m responsible for the effective management of all engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including energy conservation. I’m also responsible for the development of the Engineering team and staying abreast of compliance regulations and procedures in the field of Engineering, as required for hotel standards. Specifically, a Chief Engineer will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: Lead the Engineering Team in the day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations including service standards, equipment schedules, and work schedules.
