• Provide first to second level support to Staff and Students in areas of campus-wide networking, email client, Operating Systems, McAfee Antivirus and other Software and Hardware Installation. • Setting up Desktop, Laptop, audio-visual, printers, mobile devices and other IT related equipment before deployment. • Configuration of email clients such as Outlook, Apple Mail, and others. • Troubleshooting support on Mac OS, Windows XP, Vista, 7, 10 and Unix/Linux. • Installs and maintains hardware and software PC and network devices. • Ensures efficient performance of servers, printers and desktop computers and attends to other IT operational tasks. • Perform helpdesk or onsite support and user training. • Documents diagnosis or troubleshooting and resolution of faults for network devices, personal computers, mobile devices and other IT related devices. • Liaising with vendors, suppliers, service providers and external resources for network devices, personal computers and mobile devices. • Preparing and maintaining procedures and documentation for network, computer and mobile inventory. • Managing accounts in Domain Active Directory. • Troubleshooting and providing service support in diagnosing, resolving and repairing server-related hardware and software malfunctions, encompassing workstations and communication infrastructure.
