1. HUMAN RESOURCES: EXECUTIVE RECRUITER: Responsible for management in recruiting. • Develop and implement overall recruitment st rategies and procedures performed. • Develop recruiting plans according to recruitment needs of the company. • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs for relevant positions after specific needed requirements from department heads were approved by HR Director. • Source and recruit candidates by using various methods like candidate databases, HR networks, social media, colleges, universities, job fairs and recruiting websites. • Screen resumes and job applications of potential candidates. • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to filter candidates. • Assess all applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. • Onboard new employees in order for them to become fully integrated. • Coordinate with other departments in supervising the probation process of new staff to have a final recruiting decision. • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to HR team and HR director. • Support HR team in t raining new staff. 2. ADMINISTRATION: • Responsible for the HR administ ration of expat riate staff: arranging visa approval letters, visas, work permits, residence cards, immigration and medical insurance. • Make needed reports to government officials about expat riate staff. • Build relationships with government officials in the Department of Labor, Hanoi Immigration Department, Immigration Department and local police. • Other tasks assigned by Section Manager, Department Manager, General Manager or the Chairman
