Key responsibilities: - Management and oversee the Entertainment Department. - Maining for department - Staff recruitment: interview and select job application as well as supervise, discipline and complete performance evaluations. - Onsen bath operation: temperature, setup, service procedures - Check and report defected construstion for all Entertainment outlets: gym, kid, pool, beach, onsen, yoga. - Set up and operation all outlet of Entertainment at the Gran Melia Nha Trang with 94 villas , 01 Main Swimming Pools, three beachs (Lagoon 1, Lagoon 2 & Lagoon 3), Kid club, Fitness center, Yoga Room, Activities, movie cinema. - InCharge all activity for Guest & training for staff: Yoga class, Tai Chi, Rolling Form, Stick Stretching, Fitness Ball practice, Meditation Guide - Make the list and Order OS&E for Recreation department - Coordinating with the purchasing department for models and equipment and tools for all outlet. - Write Regulation and disclaimer form for all outlet (kid, gym, pool, bike tour, beach activity (sup, kayak, snorkelling…) - Making check list of each outlet, and make sure it tidy and working well. - Maintain a safe working environment and abide by all health department regulation. - Write SOP and Training for attendants - Training first aid and CPR for staffs and other skill. - Training attendants about work processes for all activity recreation - Take care and resolve the guests complain directly in timely manner with the highest level of professionalism. - Control and plan revenue: maximization of revenue and control of expenses in all area under control. - Inventory and maintain recreation equipment. - Coordinated with Engineering to maintain proper standards of hygiene and functioning of all equipment. - Working with suppliers to find the performance of fireworks, band event, solo singers, violin and piano performances...etc. - Support other department on the work. - Perform the tasks from GM or Director of Guest Experience.

Key responsibilities - Management and oversee the Spa Department. - Maining for department. - Create menu & packages for spa compare with competitors. - Training staff about serve guest and all different therapies (Hot Stone treatment, Ancestral Thai treatment, Vietnamese Cupping treatment, Indian Head Treatment, Back Neck Head Treatment, Foot Acupressure Treatment…, Yoga & Tai Chi teaching.) - Check and report defect list (snagging list) construstion for all Spa outlets. - Staff recruitment: interview and select job application as well as supervise, discipline and complete performance evaluations. - Set up all outlet of active in Spa department - Write SOP for Spa team: operation procedure & treatment procedure. - Create checklist for spa for all outlet. - Maintain a safe working environment and abide by all health department regulation. - Training SOP for attendants - Training attendants about work processes - Making planning for business - Coordinate to sale team to provide combo activities. - Promote and up sales excursion to guests, customizing where necessary to meet and exceed guests’ need. - Take care and resolve the guests complain directly in timely manner with the highest level of professionalism. - Schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guideline. - Control and plan revenue: maximization of revenue and control of expenses in all areas under control. - Find supplier and collect OS&E for Spa - Coordinate to Purchasing to buy Equipment. - Setup and decorate for all outlet. - Inventory and maintain Spa equipment. - Coordinated with Engineering to maintain proper standards of hygiene and functioning of all equipments. - Ensuring good governance phases prepared to serve customers better - Support other department on the work. - Perform the tasks from GM

Key responsibilities: - Check and report defect list (snagging list) construstion for all Spa outlets. - Maining for department. - Create menu & packages for spa compare with competitors. - All at Spa & Recreation Department: Spa, Kid Club, Gym, Pool, water sport, beach... - Management and oversee the Spa & Recreation Department. - Staff recruitment: interview and select job application as well as supervise, discipline and complete performance evaluations. - Set up all outlet of active in Spa department - Write SOP for Spa team, Kid club, Fitness center, Swimming Pool… - Create checklist for spa and Recreation for all outlet. - Maintain a safe working environment and abide by all health department regulation. - Training SOP for attendants - Training attendants about work processes for all activity - Training staff about serve guest and all different therapies (Hot Stone treatment, Himalaya Pink Stone Treatment, Ancestral Thai treatment, Vietnamese Cupping treatment, Indian Head Treatment, Back Neck Head Treatment, Foot Acupressure Treatment…, Yoga & Tai Chi teaching) & water sport (jetski & kayak operation). - Making planning for business - Coordinate to sale team to provide combo activities. - Promote and up sales excursion to guests, customizing where necessary to meet and exceed guests’ need. - Take care and resolve the guests complain directly in timely manner with the highest level of professionalism. - Schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guideline. - Control and plan revenue: maximization of revenue and control of expenses in all areas under control. - To issue recommendation regarding the annual operating budget, capital investment budget, operating planning and further periodic evaluation of financial performance, including report on sales and operation with supporting statistical data - Find supplier and collect OS&E for Spa & Recreation equipment: Spa, gym, kid, pool, beach activities. - Coordinate to Purchasing to buy Equipment. - Setup and decorate for all outlet. - Inventory and maintain equipment. - Coordinated with Engineering to maintain proper standards of hygiene and functioning of all equipment. - Carry out the initiative to set up sections and improve the cost-saving the equipment - Ensuring good governance phases prepared to serve customers better - Support other department on the work. - Perform the tasks from GM

Support Director of Spa for all operation: Training staff, Ensure cleanliness all time, staff grooming, Receive booking guest directly- by phone and email, daily report, inventory a month- a year,...
