Dear recruiter, I'm Hien Anh Nguyen, I've just graduated from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in Finland specialized in Human Resources Management. Currently, I'm seeking an opportunity to kick start my long-oriented career in HRM at the entry level. During my time at university, the courses have helped me development time-management skill, teamwork skill, and the ability to work in an organized way and independently. Furthermore, I've also had hands-on experience in my previous internship as an HR trainee. I'm familiar with planning and organizing internal events for employees, administrative work at the front desk, handling employee-related issues and many other supportive tasks. I've proven to be able to work under pressure and multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize and received an acknowledgment from my line manager and HR director at the time. Lastly, I'm a highly motivated individual and a quick learner and eager to do so. My most important focus in the next few years is to get myself familiar with HR by earning working experience. I wish to work in an environment that could help me develop different professional skills, challenge myself to deal with unforseen situations and overcome crises but shall not compromise ethicality and the consideration of others' interests.
