SALES TRAVEL AGENCY ( TA) • Research and identify demands of the Leisure market, advise the senior management for tactics that may enhance the business result and gain loyal partnership. • Follow up the sales figures of the market, sort out any occurring issues upon delegation, and report to the senior management. • Keep contact with ex-clients, builds & strengthens relationship with new clients to enable future bookings. • Ensure that all internal procedures and policies are obligated, as well as maintain good collaboration with related departments. • Compose daily, weekly and monthly report about the in charge markets, with detailed statistics and fluctuation, from that to recommend plans to manage the situation. • Observe the movement of competitors, and report with suggestions to the senior management. • Act as the bridge between the resort's management boards and partners/customers. • Plan and carry on the sales agenda of the managed accounts: sales calls, telesales, partner's regular entertaining... to ensure strong relationship with partners, clients and customers. MARKETING • Prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives. • Implement marketing campaigns on Fan pages: Facebook, Instagram, Website,.. • Design posters, flyers by Canva.com and Photoshop and design sub-website via wix.com • Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers. • Develop website’s content, in line with the content strategy, including images, video and audio. SALES E-COMMERCE • Handle OTA promotion and other issues relate to these accounts to maintain the revenue from this market segment • Handle all issue related to OTA booking: guest feedback, complaint, requirements, communicate with guest. • Establish new market and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans for OTA and a part of others markets. • Monitor competitor activities. • Supervise, carry on and evalute SEO, google adwords, online Ads, GDN campaigns. • Build profile in market place. • Solicit and close business according to established parameters. • Attend regular meetings. • Report as required on sale activities and successes.
