- In the first round, to become to 50 outstanding applications out of over 500 candidates - In the 2nd round, overcame a personality and HR knowlegde test and individually made a recruitment plan for the Coffee House to become top 25 and participated in a training hosted by Samsung’s C&B Manager - In the 3rd round, my team mates and I made a recruitment plan for 5 IT positions and an Employer Branding Plan in 2 weeks with the advising of an experienced IT recruiter from Sendo - After 3 round I was chosen to be top 5 and had a chance to participate in the final’s night of the competition Achievements: - Our project plan was highly appreciated by the assessors and was complimented that we were the best team over 5 teams of the competition.
