• Administer Hong Leong Bank Vietnam Datacenter to ensure operation smoothly - Review daily the operational status of equipments in Datacenter - Work with vendor to perform maintenance and upgrade components periodically. • Manage PABX system & Video conference system - Change position and create new extension for users in Head office and Branches - Support and fix issues related to PABX system - Perform PABX system maintenance periodically - Set up video conference for General Director and President for meeting quarterly • Manage Network & Security equipments - Support and fix issues related to connections (e.g for applications, Citad, Corebanking, smartlink, … so on). - Review daily system status via Solarwind to ensure that the systems is working properly. - Check and grant access for applications - Supervise LAN/WAN connections and fix issues in time - Maintain and upgrade OS yearly - Review rule periodically on security equipments - Review and comply with SBV policy as well as HLBVN policy - Support to test DR periodically - Support to BCP periodically • Setup of system parameters and configurations (e.g. for new application, branches, user and vendor connection and printing) • Support, maintenance HSM and support generating HSM key • Ensure security procedures and audit requirement are adhered to at all times. Escort and supervise all 3rd party service personnel who are maintaining/servicing Network Security equipments located in Hong Leong Bank Vietnam Data Center facility • Notify management about potential problems associated with the systems • Co-working with vendor (e.g. FPT, CMC, GITI Network Security-HLBB) to evaluate network system upgrading and renew licenses. • Document all network system and component, to facilitate future maintenance and enhancements, as well as to quickly diagnose problems. • Purchase IT software, hardware, and also renew licenses by gathering requirement, contact with vendor for quotation, detail specification of goods/product, and to have the best price/payment condition for the bank. Preparing and submitting memo, contract and any related procedure to IT head, General Director to get approval. • Managerial responsibilities - Assist Head of IT in the managing of team members and coordinating team assignment and activities. - Handles other operational duties and management functions as assigned by Head of IT from time to time. - Handles queries and correspondences with internal and external auditors, SBV, and other statutory bodies. - Notify management about potential security problems which are not adequate addressed by existing control mechanism. - Provide project assistance to HO departments and branches. - Prioritization and assignment of tasks for development and implementation. - Review software solution on Security, Compliance requirements.
