As a tour guide: - Working with foreigners tourists - Presents customers with the vast information about the land of Mekong Delta, such as the land scape, culture, people, politic system of the country, the economy status. - Give advices and suggestions for tourists about the trip, places to visit, therefor increase the company's customers - Never receive any bad ratings in the 2.5 years working. As a sale man: - Propose, manage and sell tour and services to foreigners, mainly from Europe, United States and Australia. - Resolve and explain any problems or inconveniences occur before, during or after the trip. - Arrange bus, transportation, hotel and restaurant for customers. - Cooperate with hotels and the local host to continuously improve service quality.
