- PROCESS OFFER LETTER FOR NEW STAFFS: + Receive employee resume and call them to come to Company + Make Offer letter and benefit for every employee then get approval from Board of Directors + Let employee sign in and take finger print + Inform to relative departments and prepare tool (computer, uniform,…) for new staff + Make welcome message for new staff who are manager level. + Transfer them to department on the first working day - SUPPORT TO BUILD ORGANIZATION CHART: + Go with HR director and have meeting with HODs for every oz-chart of dept. + Draw Organization chart of company and get approval + Put company level and Group level for positions which will base to arrange benefit. - SOLVE EMPLOYEES’ PROBLEM: + Discuss with staffs and take complain from them then solve as company’s regulation + Inform and explain policies’ company to employee in easy understanding way + Control and handle breaching of labor discipline case + Make reporting to HRD or Board of Directors when that complains related to Company reputation + Make Job dismissal decision for so serious discipline - PROCESS APPRAISAL & MAKE CONTRACT: + Internal appraisal: process that for probation, salary, performance, position promotion review. Make email reminding HODs for making appraisal after probation and ending contract then get approval form board of directors Make next contract/ appendix/agreement or renew as well. + Quarterly and yearly review: process on time, explain form and base on that result for making up salary. Inform and put every dept. for review and make total report List excellent staffs after review and have award for them - CONTROL AND STATISTIC CL AND AL DAYS FOR EMPLOYEES: + Make report and send to depts. every month + Make total report at the end of year and release decision for extend of not + Receive CL and AL forms from staff everyday + Feedback and solve the case is not allowed - THE OTHER DUTY: + Make the other HR report as requirement of HRD + Make report as requirement of FLC Group + Training secretary about new form, explain new decision or proposal. + Offend make immediately duty as requirement. + Join in job fare day + consult to candidate about opportunities in company and detail of job if they need + Support for interviewing + Joining training software class + Discuss information of company in reality to improve and import data into HR software
