• Set up Security system for hotel and working process for Security Department. • Supervise all security activities of the hotel and maintain, ensure the smooth operation of security system. • Manage and monitor all working operations of Security Department (assign job to serve customer’s requirements, come in – come out car, equipment for customer serving, working schedule…) • Manage, revise working procedure to ensure the best security management at hotel. • Manage assets and property usage at Security Department and hotel. • Address directly security incidents occurs at the hotel and report to the top board of management. • Recruit and train professional expertise for security staffs. • Coordinate with the Fire Prevention Police Department to conduct internal training courses for security staffs and all hotel staffs. • Coordinate with all internal departments in Fire Prevention to ensure guest’s life and their property.
