Dealer Inspector: (August 2016 - Jan 2019) - Have experience of Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat (Face up and Face down), Texas Hold'em, Caribbean Stud Poker, Three Card Poker, Dice.. - Deal assigned games according to game rules and standard operating procedures. - Ensure that the assigned table is equipped for operational need, including but not limited to; adequate float, correct playing card, and gaming equipment is operational and secured. Any concern should be immediately informed to Supervisor. Supervisor - Trainner: (Jan 2019 - Aug 2019) - Ensure that Dealers comply with the rules and regulations, directives of the internal control and standard operating procedures. - Complete Fills, Credits and all paper work in an audit able and timely manner. - Remain aware of all forms fraudulent behavior inside the casino and immediately report to Pit Manager for any doubtful or suspicious activities and behavior. - Arrange the staff schedule, inform mistake, incident for Surveillance,... - Teach all game for new staff (from Thailand, Burmese, Vietnam, China,.) in training room for 1 month and make sure after finish the course they can dealing probably.
