- Responsible for all aspects of hotel operation affecting guest stay - Handle guest complaints and refer them as necessary, follow up on corrective action using the Vinpearl principle way of working, and make sure that 100% guest satisfaction - Maintain a high profile in the resort lobby at all times. - Inspect frequently for cleanliness and orderliness, the lobby, reception, cashier's desk and, on a random basis, VIP rooms prior to arrival - Greet all guests personally as per the Resort Welcome standard and ensure all aspects of guest stay is enjoyable - Liaise with other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellent service delivery - Overall responsible for ensuring and maintaining the entire range of services offered for front of the house areas include all Guest Service staff, Buggy & Bell Services, Guest Relation Officer Team, Clinic service, Kid's Club activities, etc...with the aim to maximum guest satisfaction - Making monthly training plans for all staff - Make a related reports such as: MOD E-log, Highlight of the day, Guest feedback, etc... - Assist the Front Office Director in execution of the management of staff - Assist the Front Office Director in the reports: KPI, Guest Reviews on Trustyou.com, Monthly Action Plan in her absence - Doing & checking all Night Audit Reports - In charge Manager on Duty twice a month - Perform any other tasks assigned on the hotel needs or requirements
