Mô tả công việc

- Assist Business Development team in preparation of tour programs and quotations - Provide comprehensive, individually tailored tour programs including price proposals to prospective clients in a timely and professional manner. - Identify and match up suited products to each and every client. - Go beyond client’s expectations by offering exceptional travel advice. - Coordinate clients’ itinerary reservation requirements in a professional, precise and timely manner - Maintain a close and professional relationship with all suppliers and operation offices -Work with operations/ reservations to help solve problems for clients on the ground when required. - Secure new client sales through high level of customer service - Carry out comprehensive research for new and existing products -Assist with any given sales task

- Vietnamese native with excellent communication skills in English - Experience of living/studying abroad is mandatory - Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, high level of personal presentation, listening skills - High degree of customer service with an eye for details and presentation - Highly motivated and resilient - Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks - Flexible and able to work with uncertainties and changing priorities
