Directly under the sole authority of the Hotel Director, the General Manager (GM) of Tam Coc Garden (16 rooms) represents the company when with customers, ensures the operational management of the establishment and the administration staff, implements commercial actions decided by the Director and supervises material and equipment.
Regarding financial management, he ensures, under the authority of the Director, some control missions of expenditures and revenues.

1. In relations with customers: Regardless of the tasks assigned to the receptionists and staff, GM is, in front of the customers, the top official of the institution and the supreme guarantor of the quality of the services provided.

2. Operational management of the establishment: GM manages all operational activities of the facility to ensure its proper operation and the quality of its services in line with customer expectations. He has under his responsibility all the staff, except the accounting department and sales department that are placed directly under the leadership of Director.

3. Personnel Administration: GM ensures the management of all staff of the institution, provides the best quality of service of the institution, builds team spirit, in accordance with the vision of the institution devoted to guarantee a sustainable tourism, responsible and close to people.

4. Trade: GM implements on-site all commercial policies decided by the Director (promotions, special offers ...), and takes initiatives to promote the hotel benefits (gift shop, bar, minibar, restaurant, excursions ...).

5. Asset Management: GM is responsible for the proper management of premises, equipment and amenities (commonly called "goods").

6. Control of expenditure and revenue: GM is not responsible for the financial management of the institution. Nevertheless, he assumes oversight of expenditure and revenue operations that take place on-site.
