To promote a helpful and professional image to all guests and to give full co-operation to any customer requiring assistance with a prompt, caring and helpful attitude. To handle luggage of arrival guest in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner. To deliver guest luggage according to departmental procedure. To handle luggage according to departmental procedures. To deliver guest message efficiently within the time limits indicated in department procedures. To be fully aware of the arrivals and departures on the daily basis, paying attention to VIP’s and Group. To maintain records of activities in the “Activity Log Book” To welcome all Guest at the main entrance, assisting to open and close car doors. To remove luggage from guest vehicles, tag accordingly, and carry into the lobby. To carry out the role of a Valet driver, parking guest vehicles in the hotel car park. To issue Valet parking tickets to guest. To maintain the cleanliness of both the entrance driveway at all times, paying particular attention to cigarette ends. To cooperate with housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, paying particular attention to ashtrays. To be fully aware of all activities taking place within hotel, their location and timings To be aware of special event taking place with in Ho Chi Minh City, their location and timings To be aware of Sightseeing attractions, Tourist Attractions, and sports facilities within the city. To maintain the professional confidentiality and never disclose company secrets. To adhere the “Welcome Again” concept (10 rules, 8 Key Words, Inter-departmental working) at all times.
