- Oversee the day to day operation of the Finance and Administration Department. Supervise and train the Accounting Finance and Administration staff in carrying out their day to day duties in the areas of Cash receipts, Banking and Reimbursements, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Income Audit, Purchasing, Receiving, Cost and Inventory Control and General Ledger Maintenance. - Approve payment vouchers, purchase request, purchase order, petty cash claim and cash advance vouchers and any other reports that required Finance Controller approval. Verify Daily Revenue reports, Daily Banking Summary and A/R payment posting on weekly basis. Perform spot check cash counts of all cash floats - Design, implement and maintain the Finance operating and control procedures and reporting formats in compliance with both the Vietnamese Law and Company policies. - Perform spot checks on the daily work schedules of staff to ensure compliance with the Vietnam Law and Company policies - Negotiate with contractors and suppliers with the objective of getting the best possible price and best quality of goods and services. - Review all contracts prior to signing and administer all contracts including supplier contract, Barter Trade Contracts and Office Rental Contracts. - Perform Company secretary duties including arrangements for BOM resolutions, administer all Company Documents, etc … - Monitor Debtor ‘s aging report closely to ensure debts are collected on a timely basis. - Oversee the Maintenance of the Fixed Asset register of the Company including purchase and disposal of Fixed Assets. - Design, implement and oversee the maintenance of all the computerized system for the resort including hardware and software. - Doing day by day ad-hoc assignments given by General Manager. Oversee the operation in the absent of General Manager.

- A degree in Accounting Financial or equivalent. - Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position and familiar with popular hospitality PMS. - Strong management skills. Able to lead and train a team. Able to communicate effectively to people at all levels. - Can work independently, have initiates and attention to detail. - Good command of both verbal & written English.
