Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining mutual understanding and goodwill between Korean/ Japanese guests and management.
- Stay in the moment by understanding and anticipating guests’ needs, being attentive and taking ownership of getting things done.
- Make it memorable by being knowledgeable, sharing stories and showing your style to create moments that make people feel special
- Plan and co-ordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to Korean/ Japanese guests
- Schedule activities for Korean/ Japanese guests
- Plan and co-ordinate all promotional activities targeting Korean/ Japanese clients
- Trace relevant statistics about Korean/ Japanese clientele
- Co-ordinate and supervise all activities for Korean/ Japanese guests
- Assist with check-ins/check-outs of Korean/ Japanese clients
- Greet Korean/ Japanese Guests upon arrival
- Room Korean/ Japanese Guests
- Cover guest relations desk
- Assist Korean/ Japanese guests with airline bookings and reconfirmation’s
- Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of Korean/ Japanese guests
- Assist staff with Korean/ Japanese language and culture
- Attend recreation activities when necessary
- Plan and conduct Korean/ Japanese group and function rundown meetings
- Assist in any other duties when required by the Guest Relations Manager
- Assist with translations (information; guest directory; menus etc) as required
- Provide feedback from Korean/ Japanese Guests to Front Office Manager for action

* Required Skills
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Able to read and write English
- Able to read, write and speak Chinese
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
* Qualifications
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent Experience
- 1 year experience in front office / guest services operations / customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
