Mô tả công việc

Be responsible and mainly in-charge of Wedding Business for both International and local guests at the ICP and ACC (Ariyana Convention Centre)

Discussing and planning wedding theme, venue setup and other requirements with the clients

Planning itinerary for the wedding day function and other ceremonies

Work with concerned department to provide creative input in terms of decor and music to the clients

Liaising with concerned department and suppliers and negotiating contract terms

Maintaining a proper schedule of all the wedding festivities

Discussing budget with clients specially for a destination wedding

Undertaking all wedding preparations within the set budget

Being physically available on the wedding day

Creating and communicating an appropriate timeline for all the wedding activities

Advising clients on different wedding packages

Contacting and coordinating with Recreation and FB Service Departments and other service providers

Booking venue for the wedding date and other ceremonies

Issue BEO and General Information of the Wedding to all department concerned

Yêu cầu công việc

- Nam hoặc nữ

- Tốt nghiệp đại học chính quy

- Tiếng Anh thành thạo 4 kĩ năng

- Giao tiếp tốt, năng động, nhiệt tình.

- 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.

- Ưu tiên những ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ du lịch
