Mô tả công việc

- Must be aware of the best ways of making the different dishes.- Should know how to decorate and garnish the meals.

- Should estimate the amount of ingredients that should be used, the cost of procuring such requirements and the net cost of production.

- Instruct other cooks regarding the best ways of cooking the meal.

- May talk with the different department of the restaurants and fix the price chart.

- Supervise the activities of different cooks and other cooking staffs.
