• Assist in detail department administration and take all responsibility in the absence of the Laundry Manager. 
• Has a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of how to operate all the equipment in the Laundry.
• Ensure quality control for in-house linen and uniform.
• Ensure high quality Laundry service and handle guest complaint.
• Ensure Laundry cost account and control chemical consumption.
• Ensure daily production and share the executive matter with Laundry Manager.
• Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisor.
