Mô tả công việc
- Be responsible for the storage, inventory and safe keeping of all stock and fixed assets of the hotel
- Maintain the smooth and efficient operation of Cost Control, Store rooms and receiving.
- Ensure that a physical count of all merchandise held on inventory takes place at the end of business each month.
- Make sure that proper records have been kept of inventory receipts, issues and returns by use of storeroom stock cards and signed documents.
- Prepare food & beverage cost calculation on a weekly basis and at month end. Prepare and analyse usage reports at month end.
- Assist management in keeping the cost of food, beverage and other supplies to the minimum
