Guest Experience Leadership
- Own and continuously refine the end-to-end Butler journey: pre-arrival, arrival, in-stay, departure, and post-stay
- Ensure every guest experience is seamless, emotionally engaging, and highly personalized
- Drive structured pre-arrival preparation including guest profiling, preference mapping, and occasion planning
- Elevate guest interactions from transactional service to meaningful, memorable experiences
Butler Concept & Experience Design (“Người Dẫn Lối”)
- Lead the development and execution of the Butler philosophy and signature service concepts
- Translate Vietnamese culture into authentic, curated guest experiences
- Design and standardize key touchpoints: arrival rituals, in-villa experiences, and farewell moments
- Ensure consistency of service delivery while preserving individuality and personalization
- Continuously evolve concepts based on guest feedback and luxury trends
Team Leadership & Service Culture
- Build and inspire a high-performing Butler team focused on intuition, empathy, and presence
- Transform team mindset from service delivery to experience orchestration
- Coach, mentor, and develop talent to meet ultra-luxury service expectations
Innovation & Luxury Benchmarking
- Benchmark against leading luxury brands (Aman, Six Senses, Four Seasons, etc.) to elevate service standards
- Introduce innovative concepts in personalization, wellness, and cultural immersion
- Redefine Butler service to align with modern luxury traveler expectations
Responsible Luxury
- Integrate sustainability and cultural sensitivity into the Butler experience
- Ensure luxury is delivered with authenticity, responsibility, and respect for the environment

Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements
- 5–7 years in luxury hospitality, with strong Butler/Villa operations experience
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing Butler or similar teams
- Proven ability to elevate guest experience and drive service transformation
- Experience with luxury hotel brands; pre-opening or concept development is a plus
Core Competencies
- Strong emotional intelligence and anticipatory service mindset
- Ability to personalize guest journeys based on insights
- Effective leadership, coaching, and cross-department collaboration
- Solid understanding of luxury guest expectations
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- Relevant experience in Rooms Division, Butler Service, Club Lounge, or F&B leadership roles
