Accor’s La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc – MGallery is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Night Receptionist (Night Auditor) to join our Front Office team.

As the face of the resort during the night shift, you will ensure a seamless guest experience by delivering warm hospitality, handling late arrivals and departures, and performing essential night audit procedures. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service will help create memorable stays for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during the night shift.

Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, room assignments, and guest inquiries.

Perform daily night audit procedures, including balancing transactions and preparing financial reports.

Process guest payments, billing, and cashiering accurately.

Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies.

Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.

Ensure the Front Office area remains organized and well-presented.

Prepare reports and complete all overnight administrative tasks.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma or Degree Hospitality, or related field.

• Previous experience in Front Office, Night Audit role is preferred.

• Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good English communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and night shifts.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
