Mô tả công việc

• Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
• Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
• Implement the process of Social Insurance and PIT/ PIT finalization for employee.
• Give advice to employees and manager about labor laws, company policies, regulations & practices to ensure compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• At least 2 years experience at the same position in 5 Stars international hotel
