• Develop a full range of menu skills, use tables, glassware and dishes and use those knowledge in serving customers.

• Complete assigned tasks daily and weekly.

• Participate in daily scheduled work and menu classes.

• Attend monthly meetings and training.

• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
