-Participate in community & professional organizations to maintain high visibility and promote positive image

Yêu cầu công việc

-Minimum 3 years previous GM experience – Resort property (Ibis brand is a plus) with successful pre-opening records.
-Previous opening experience in Asia Pacific– economy lodging hotel ( 200/300 keys).
-Excellent communication skills in English Language (spoken and written).
-Exceptional leadership skills with strong sensibility to local culture and strong adaptability to local environment.
-Strong business acumen with good knowledge of Asian markets .
-Advanced Sales, Digital Marketing, Distribution and Revenue Management Skills.
-Great team player, team builder and team leadership.

The Hotel features 314 rooms all appointed with the lastest Ibis Styles standard and amenities,several F&B outlets, one ballroom ( 280 sets ) a few meeting room as well as sport and recreation facilities
