SCOPE OF WORKS:
- To ensure a professionally run Bar service operation and maintain high standards of all drinks that is
served, preparing drinks as per recipe card, ensure customers satisfaction is guaranteed maximizing profit through suggestive up-selling behind the Bar.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare all necessary materials for the shift
. Prepare the ingredients, fruits needed
. Make sure the beers are on tap, beers by bottles, soft drinks, water is fully prepared
- Ensure the quality of beverages.
. The beers are served at a standard temperature
. All the beverages follow the recipes and serving standards
- Maintain a clean and organized Bar area
. Follow the cleaning schedules and cleaning checklists of Beer lines, beer cold rooms, bar equipment, ...
. Maintain Bar inventory and supplies
- Serve the customers
. Provide a warm welcoming atmosphere for all customers and ensure they enjoy their experience before leaving
. Follow the SOPs of Bar, Service sequence.
. Pour the beers, make the others drinks like cocktails, juices, sodas, ...
. Recommend the Belgo menu to customers, especially in bar Counter
. Support and assist other departments in serving customers

Yêu cầu công việc

SPECIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Level of Education: Pre - Intermediate Qualification of Bartender.
- Good English Communication.
- Pro-active with a passion for luxury hospitality.
- At least two experiences in Bartender or related position in the restaurant.
- Good communication skills.
