Mô tả công việc

- Make the comprehensive planning for Engineering Department - Instruction, training all the employees in the Department. - Make the report, the recommendation to the high level manager position about the safety required. - Make the planning for the handing over the technical system from the contractors. - Supervise and make the routine maintenance plan. - Supervise and maintain the document related to machines, the process of operation system. - Monitoring, evaluating the consumption of electric, water, petro and stoked accessories in order to adjust timely - Inspecting the work and implementing the regulation for the employees. - Supervise the actual work of all employees. - Monitoring the work reports from the assistants and team leader. - Ensure the employees to be entitled the rights and implement the responsibility in the Labor Laws, the regulation, the policy of company. - Disseminate and supervise all the life safety policy for all employees. - Monitoring all employees to implementing the issue related to discipline, working hour and sick leave. - Organize periodic meeting to re-organized, announce the status and obtain the new instructions. - Execute and Report to BOD as per the request separately. - Attend the meeting with Manager of other Department as requested - Supervise the installation and keep the regulation on the environmental safety, firefighting. - Support to other Department related to the technical question. - Prepare the monthly budget and yearly budget for Engineering Department - Prepare and approve all the reports, the requisition, the payment of Engineering Department - Maintain the telephone contact 24/24 - Manage and supervise scope of works from the relevant contractor.

Yêu cầu công việc

a. Education/Experience - At least BA degree in relevant field. - 5 years experiences in the Chief Engineer in hotel - Must show understanding of, and proficiency in, equipment and fixtures used in the operation of the Hotel. - Must know and understand company regulations and applicable laws regarding hotel management. b. Skills: - Good in English (Speaking and Writing) - Must be proficient in the use of Computer (MS Office, MS Project and Auto Cad software) - Good communication and negotiation skills - Organization skill - Management skills - Planning skill - Problem solving skill
