Mô tả công việc

• Complete all assignments quickly and accurately according to Outlet food and beverage cashiering system standards and procedures. Ensure that all register operations and procedures are adhered to.
• Maintenance of cashiers’ float.
• The recording and control of all dockets through accurate recording in the docket control book. Sign out dockets from Cashier’s office and validate in Registers.
• Process dockets as waiter itemizes and keeping dockets up to date.
• Ensure that all credit card charges are signed by the guest and the validity of the cards is checked.
• Ensure that all transactions are settled on departure by cash or charge.
• Prepare cashiers report at end of the shift and reconcile to register readings.
• At end of shift perform reading from cash register and complete summary.
• Prepare the cashier banking and record denominations for inclusion in the cashier envelope and remit cash envelope to General Cashier safe.
• Sign back in or over to next shift unused dockets maintaining strict docket sequence utilized.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Have accounting and previous experiences within a hotel environment is preferred
• Have knowledge of and accuracy in money handling, basic knowledge of computers/cash registers
• Good communication skills in English
• Able to work with shifts and under pressure (rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, late shift & split shift)
