Mô tả công việc

•  Ensure application and update of outlet policies.
•  Apply daily outlet operation checklist prior to service to maintain general appearance and operation requirements.
•  Prepare and ensure that routine weekly cleaning schedule is followed. On a quarterly basis, organize spring-cleaning in outlet and service back area.
•  Be fully responsible of the outlet under the supervision of Director of F&B;
•  Handle all outlet guest's complaints, comments, and recommendations with Director of F&B;
•  Attend daily F&B briefing and weekly F&B meeting and any other meeting as required by management
•  Ensure that all operating equipments and general supplies are maintained at a par stock sufficient for operations and initiate requisition for additional supplies and replacement if required.
•  Organize all outlets operating equipments, as required, for the monthly inventory taking. Attend the monthly inventory taking without exception.
•  Monitor and reduce breakage.
•  Personally monitor the staff sales techniques to ensure both suggestive and up selling are being done at all times, improve Food & Beverage sales and average check.
•  Supervise the outlet during all hours of operation in a hand on manner, ensure high standards of service and the operating procedures are followed
•  Recommend to Director of F&B/Assistant Food & Beverage Manager on changes of operation procedure standards and equipments required to improve on service or reduce costs.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Native Vietnamese, good English.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar position with proven track records.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-handling skills
