Mô tả công việc

• To print and close the micros reports at the end of shift and deposit the taking in the hold safe.

• Responsible for the dispense bar in terms of: maintaining bar stock levels, control and security, cleanliness, maintenance and manning.

• Completes all storeroom requisitions required by the relevant outlets.

• Responsible for the hygiene, cleanliness and good appearance of the restaurant and proper maintenance of all operating equipment, furniture and fixture.
